It is often said that, quot;Mans work ends at sun set. Womens work is never done.quot; With sixty-three million women working and 62% of those women maintaining families, most women would this statement very true (AFL-CIO). While women are expanding their lives to include a career, they must also maintain their traditional roles at home. This combination of housework and career-work is the reason why working mothers today have more stress than working fathers. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Mothers may work in an office from nine to five, but their work does not end at the office. After working an eight-hour day, a mother will come home to take care of her children, husband, and house. Whether your parents are living in a nursing facility or at home, it is undeniable the amount of work it takes to care for a loved one. Many elderly people require assistance with medication, eating, and bathing as well as a long list of simple every day tasks. Sustainability Revolution: Earth, the plant we call home, is a complex system made of interdependent parts and pieces of life that are constantly changing. Earth’s planetary system has maintained a balance of dynamic equilibrium—it has been sustainable— since its beginnings about 4.5 billion years ago. This balance, however, has been progressively disrupted by us—humans— especially during the last few decades. Mother Nature has provided us with natural resources and the habitat for all species to sustain life on our planet earth. These resources, however, are finite, but have the ability to regenerate within a certain time horizon that extends well beyond our lifetimes. The husband drove the grandest car in this part of our town and every morning I watch him drove to some place, attache case in hand, looking impressive and successful. The young wife stayed and manned the office and she too took the kind of self-assured look her husband radiates. The young couple was my inspiration. I would like to own a business one day and like them, I would be powerful too. From their looks, I believed that money brings satisfaction and contentment, happiness too. A lot of times when I daydream, I would picture myself in the fashion of the young couple’s situation, very much contented and in control over my business, employees and in every deal I have for my business. This makes the information gathering of the MCS much effective and good control systems can be implemented (Luft, 2016). The sub cultures of the organization which highlights the team based cultures also contributed to the efficiency of the MCS. The sub cultures are stronger than the organizational culture which provides more confidence to the employees. It also makes the employees more committed, morale, productive etc which makes the controlling process more effective. The sub culture induces trust and participation within the team which influences the MCS in a positive manner. IT enhances the communication level and interactions within a team which makes the decision making through MCS an effective one (Johnston and Marshall, 2016).
